Below are the applications required to become a vendor for the Rio Vista Bass Derby & Festival.

Vendor Information
NEW THIS YEAR:
Admission will be charged for access to most Vendor locations, Live Music area and Kids Zone.
Vendor Types
Arts and Crafts designation is for HAND MADE ITEMS ONLY. If your items are manufactured or mass-produced, you must use a “Commercial Retail Vendor” application.

Commercial Retail
Home Based or Franchise includes, but not limited to: Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Damsel in Defense, Mary Kay, cottage food vendors, etc.
Information (Local Youth, Non-Profit, Commercial) - The Information display at the festival is for non-resellers to disperse information. Nonprofits may sell raffle items in this area.
Important Dates
June 30, 2025 – End of EARLY BIRD special fee rate
August 29, 2025 – Solano County Food Permit required by date
September 15, 2025 – Final Application due date
October 1, 2025 – No Applications accepted after this date

Download the application located on this page, print, and upload your completed form at the top of this page, or email it to bassfestvendors@yahoo.com. Credit card payment links will be sent to you via email
Hand deliver and pay with cash, check or credit card in person at the Rio Vista Chamber of Commerce at 33 N. 2nd Street, Rio Vista
Required Permits
CA Seller’s Permit for all vendors selling any products
Solano County Food Vendor Permit for all vendors selling or handing out any food or drink products
City of Rio Vista Business License fees are included in the booth fee
Nonprofit 501(c)EIN required for vendors participating as a Nonprofit
